• We make every effort to keep inventory updated, but in rare cases, items may go out of stock due to high demand or system errors.

• If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

• We may offer alternatives or notify you of expected restock dates, but the decision to wait or cancel remains with the customer.

2. Pricing Policy

All prices displayed on our platform are subject to change without prior notice.

• The price applicable to your order is the one confirmed at the time of invoice and payment, regardless of any previous listing.

• Prices may fluctuate based on market availability, brand revisions, import duties, or supply chain factors.

• Any promotional discounts, coupon codes, or bundle offers are subject to specific terms and may be revoked or modified without notice.

3. Order Confirmation & Payment Terms

• Orders are considered confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (if applicable), a non-refundable booking fee may be required to validate the order. COD is not available for all product categories or pin codes.

• We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders in case of suspicious activity, payment issues, or errors in billing/shipping information.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

All products sold by Pakshal Impex carry manufacturer-authorized warranties.

• Warranty coverage, duration, and claim processes are governed by the respective brands and manufacturers.

• Pakshal Impex does not provide direct repair services and is not liable for delays, rejections, or limitations in brand-level warranty handling.

• Customers are responsible for contacting the authorized service centers for warranty support. However, we will assist you with necessary guidance if required.

5. Shipping Timelines & Delays

We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within the specified processing time (usually 24–48 business hours), but:

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by courier delays, service availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Pakshal Impex will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving shipping issues where possible.

6. Return & Replacement Policy

Returns and replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product is defective, damaged in transit, or Dead on Arrival (DOA)

• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

• A mandatory unboxing video and relevant proof are provided

• The product is returned in original condition with all accessories

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrongly ordered items

• Incompatible components

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

• Open-box, demo, or clearance products

Approval of replacement is subject to verification and brand warranty policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pakshal Impex shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, business, or profits

• Injuries or damages resulting from improper use, misinstallation, or modification of the product

• Damage caused during customer-initiated transport or handling

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Intellectual Property & Content Use

All content on our website including logos, product descriptions, images, branding, and downloadable documents are the property of Pakshal Impex or the respective brands and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written consent.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of or relating to your use of our services:

• The matter shall be governed by the laws of India.

• All disputes shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Pakshal Impex reserves the right to modify, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services implies your acceptance of any such changes.
