We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
Defective on Arrival (DOA): The product is non-functional upon delivery.
Physically Damaged Product: Received in a damaged condition due to transit.
Incorrect Item Shipped: The item delivered does not match your order.
In any of these cases, customers must:
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, without exception.
Share a mandatory unboxing video clearly showing the issue, along with photos of the product, packaging, and invoice.
Ensure the product is in unused and original condition, with all accessories, manuals, tags, and box intact.
To be eligible for any return or replacement:
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of product delivery.
Requests raised beyond 48 hours may be rejected as per brand warranty policies.
The unboxing video is compulsory and helps us verify your claim efficiently.
Once your return request is verified and approved:
A pickup or inspection will be arranged by our team or the respective brand/service partner.
Upon successful verification, a replacement unit will be shipped at no extra cost.
If the product is out of stock or discontinued, we may offer a store credit or refund based on brand discretion.
Note: All replacements are subject to approval from the brand or manufacturer and will follow their specific replacement guidelines.
We do not accept returns or replacements for the following reasons:
Wrong product ordered by customer (e.g., wrong model or specifications)
Compatibility issues (e.g., motherboard not compatible with CPU)
Buyer's remorse or change of mind after delivery
Delays in delivery due to courier or force majeure events
Products purchased in open-box, used, demo, or clearance sale condition
Software licenses, downloaded content, or activated digital keys
Consumables or products where serial number/tamper seal is broken
We strongly encourage customers to verify compatibility and product specifications before placing an order.

are sold "as-is" and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
If your return is approved:
The product must be returned in the original box with all accessories, cables, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice.
Improper packaging may lead to rejection of the return or damage during transit, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
If your product develops a fault after the 48-hour window:
It will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Customers can directly approach the nearest authorized service center or reach out to us for assistance in connecting with the brand.
We do not facilitate returns/replacements for warranty cases beyond the initial 48-hour window unless explicitly covered by the brand.
