Warranty claims must be made directly through the respective brand's authorized service centers. Pakshal Impex does not perform repairs or handle warranty claims in-house. However, we are happy to assist you in locating the right service center or in guiding you through the process.
To initiate a claim, you’ll typically need:
A valid purchase invoice (which we provide with every order)
The product’s serial number
The product in its original condition, along with all included accessories
The brand's service center will inspect the product and, if found to be defective under warranty terms, repair or replace it according to their policy.
