The Atem Streaming Bridge is equipped with a wide range of input and output connections for seamless integration. It includes 1 x 3G-SDI reference input, along with 2 x 3G-SDI video outputs and 2 channels of embedded audio in HD-SDI. Additionally, it offers HDMI type A output with 2 channels of embedded audio, making it highly versatile for different workflows. The device supports SDI rates of 1.5G and 3G, and includes a black burst and Tri-Sync reference input. For networking and streaming, it comes with Ethernet support for 10/100/1000 BaseT, as well as a USB Type-C port for software configuration and updates.

Video and Audio Standards

The device supports a broad range of video formats. For SDI video standards, it is compatible with 1080p at 23.98, 24, 25, 29.97, 30, 50, 59.94, and 60 fps, along with 1080i at 50, 59.94, and 60 fps. For HDMI video standards, it supports the same 1080p frame rates. The unit complies with SMPTE 259M, 292M, 296M, 424M-B, and 425 Level A and B standards. Video sampling is 4:2:2, with 10-bit color precision in the YUV color space. On the audio side, it delivers SDI audio sampling at 48 kHz and 24-bit, meeting professional broadcast standards.

Streaming Support

The Atem Streaming Bridge is designed to receive streaming inputs directly from ATEM Mini and ATEM SDI models over Ethernet. It supports RTMP protocols for compatibility with Web Presenter, ATEM Mini, and ATEM SDI, as well as SRT protocols for Web Presenter integration. This makes it ideal for converting streams into high-quality SDI and HDMI outputs for broadcast or professional workflows.

Software and Control

For firmware and upgrades, the device includes internal software updating via an updater application. Control and configuration can be managed either through mini switches on the unit or via the setup utility software when connected by USB. The Atem Streaming Bridge is compatible with Mac OS (14.0 Sonoma, 15.0 Sequoia or later) and Windows 10/11, ensuring flexible software support across platforms.

Power Requirements

Power is supplied through a +12V universal power supply, which comes included with international socket adapters for global use. The device consumes a maximum of 6W and operates within a voltage range of 6 – 30V DC. The power supply meets EMC, FCC, CE, and KCC certifications, ensuring compliance with global safety standards.

Environmental Specifications

The Atem Streaming Bridge is built to handle demanding environments. It operates in temperatures ranging from 0° to 40°C (32° to 104°F), can be stored between -20° to 60°C (-4° to 140°F), and supports 0% to 90% relative humidity (non-condensing).
