1. Pan-India Shipping Coverage
We ship to all major cities and towns across India, including remote locations. Our delivery partners include leading courier and logistics companies known for timely and secure deliveries. If your location is in a limited-service zone, our team will inform you promptly and suggest the best possible alternative.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 working hours after payment confirmation.
- Processing time does not include Sundays or public holidays.
- During peak seasons, sales, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended due to high order volumes.
Once your order is in queue for dispatch, you will receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message with a reference number.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 2–3 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–5 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 5–7 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen factors.
4. Real-Time Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking ID along with the courier partner's details via WhatsApp and/or email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time.
